MIG and TIG Welding, From Parts to Finished Assemblies

Welding is where fabrication becomes a product — and where multi-vendor tolerances usually fall apart. We weld what we cut and bend, in the same plant: TIG for stainless and aluminum, MIG for structural carbon steel, with grinding and powder coat in the same flow.

Free, no signup needed. STEP or DXF.

Every quote is manufacturability-verified before you see the price — not a form that emails you back tomorrow.

WHY IT COMES OUT RIGHT

One roof, one tolerance chain

Cutting, bending and welding in one pipeline means fit-up issues get caught at the fixture, not at your dock.

Stainless that stays clean

Nitrogen-cut edges and TIG welding keep stainless sanitary-friendly — built for lab, clinic and food-service equipment.

Configure welds in the quote

Mark the joints on your uploaded assembly and the price updates — welding is quoted like everything else, not a mystery line item.

HOW IT WORKS

From file to fabricated in three steps

1

Upload

Drop a STEP (3D) or DXF (2D) file on the homepage. No account needed to see your price.

2

Verify and price

Our engine checks every feature against real tooling and prices the part in seconds — material, cutting, bends, welds and finish.

3

We fabricate and ship

Laser cut, bend, weld, finish, pack and ship from our Querétaro plant — across Mexico and the US.

Typical production for stocked materials: 2–5 business days. Every quote shows its own lead time.

Nearshore by design: fabricated in Querétaro, MX and delivered across the US and Mexico — USMCA-friendly, same-hemisphere lead times, no language barrier.

Frequently asked questions

Will my part be MIG or TIG welded?

Unless you specify, we choose per joint: TIG where appearance or stainless and aluminum metallurgy call for it, MIG for structural carbon-steel work where strength and speed win.

Do you weld parts fabricated elsewhere?

Our welding stations are part of the fabrication pipeline, so we weld the parts we cut and bend. That is what lets us stand behind the fit of the finished assembly.

Can welds be ground flush?

Yes — select the ground finish on any weld in the quote and the price updates. Powder coat is available downstream in the same order.

Do you build food-service and lab equipment?

Stainless enclosures, carts, cabinets and racks for labs, clinics and food service are our core work — nitrogen-cut edges, TIG welds and sanitary-conscious design review.
