SHEET METAL SERVICES

Industrial Laser Cutting, Quoted in Seconds

We cut carbon steel, stainless, galvanized sheet and aluminum on a 2 kW fiber laser — one prototype or a production batch. Upload your part and the price is on your screen before a job shop would have opened the email.

Free, no signup needed. STEP or DXF.

Every quote is manufacturability-verified before you see the price — not a form that emails you back tomorrow.

Materials you can quote right now

Pulled from the same catalog our pricing engine quotes against — if it is listed here, it prices online.

  • Cold-rolled steel sheet, 28–11 Ga
  • Hot-rolled steel and A36 plate, 1/8 to 1/2 in
  • Galvanized steel, 28–11 Ga
  • Stainless 304 (2B, BA and polished) and 430

Sheet metals for laser cutting: steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and copper
WHY IT COMES OUT RIGHT

Nitrogen-clean edges

We generate 99.98% nitrogen on site, so stainless comes off the bed with bright, oxide-free edges — ready for food-service and lab builds without pickling.

Prototypes never wait

Interchangeable pallet beds keep the laser cutting continuously — a one-off prototype runs alongside production lots.

DFM on every upload

Holes, slots and contours are checked against real tooling limits before we quote — you find out now, not after the deposit.

Dimensional quality, verified

3D measuring arm probing a laser-cut aluminum part during dimensional inspection

Critical dimensions are checked on a 3D measuring arm against your drawing — dimensional quality is controlled on the shop floor, not assumed.

Working to tolerances? Attach a drawing (ASME Y14.5 GD&T welcome) with your order and we inspect what matters before it ships.

HOW IT WORKS

From file to fabricated in three steps

1

Upload

Drop a STEP (3D) or DXF (2D) file on the homepage. No account needed to see your price.

2

Verify and price

Our engine checks every feature against real tooling and prices the part in seconds — material, cutting, bends, welds and finish.

3

We fabricate and ship

Laser cut, bend, weld, finish, pack and ship from our Querétaro plant — across Mexico and the US.

Typical production for stocked materials: 2–5 business days. Every quote shows its own lead time.

Nearshore by design: fabricated in Querétaro, MX and delivered across the US and Mexico — USMCA-friendly, same-hemisphere lead times, no language barrier.

Frequently asked questions

What file formats can I upload?

STEP for 3D parts and assemblies, or DXF for flat profiles. No CAD file yet? Design the part in our in-browser studio and quote it from there.

What thicknesses can you cut?

Carbon steel to 1/2 in (12.7 mm); stainless, galvanized and aluminum to 6 mm. If your part is thicker, send it through the contact form and we will quote it manually.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We cut single prototypes, and the quote reprices automatically as you change the quantity — volume pricing is built in.

Will stainless edges discolor?

No — cutting under high-purity nitrogen leaves a bright edge with no oxide layer, which matters if the part will be welded, polished or used in sanitary environments.

Which assist gas do you cut with?

Stainless, aluminum and galvanized sheet cut under high-purity nitrogen for a bright, oxide-free edge. Thick carbon steel cuts with oxygen — the standard process for plate up to 1/2 in — and your quote already accounts for the right process per material.

What tolerances does laser cutting hold?

The machine positions to ±0.05 mm with ±0.025 mm repeatability; achievable part tolerance depends on thickness and geometry. When a dimension is critical, include a drawing — we verify it on a 3D measuring arm before shipping.
