Edges ready for sanitary work
Oxygen-cut stainless comes out oxidized and needs pickling. Nitrogen-cut stainless doesn't — the edge is bright and clean off the bed, ready for food-service and lab builds.

Will the cut edge be burned or oxidized?
No. We cut stainless with 99.98% nitrogen generated on site, so the edge comes out bright and oxide-free — no burn discoloration, no pickling step needed.
Which stainless finishes can I order?
304 in 2B (mill), BA (bright annealed) and polished finishes, plus 430. Pick the finish in the quote and the price updates with it.
What is the maximum stainless thickness?
6 mm (approx. 1/4 in). Thicker plate can be quoted manually through the contact form.
Do you build food-service and lab equipment?

Can you weld and grind the stainless parts too?
